Comanco Making Progress on 60 Acre Landfill Closure in Georgia

Comanco Enviromental Landfill Closure using ClosureTurf

COMANCO Environmental is efficiently moving along with a 60-acre landfill closure project located in Southeast, GA. Of the 60-acres to be closed, approximately 20 acres have been covered with a specialty ClosureTurf® system, which includes the installation of a 50-mil LLDPE Super Gripnet geomembrane, a polyethylene grass turf mat, and sand ballast infill.
